Mr Stephen Page is Partner of Corporate Services at Tricor UK.
Mr Page has a wealth of senior company secretarial experience in the professions, the financial services and software sectors. Mr Page started in the professions with Coopers & Lybrand in the mid 1980s, then joined Deutsche Morgan Grenfell (then Morgan Grenfell), the investment bank, as company secretary and later Barclays as deputy group secretary. He began operating as an independent company secretarial consultant in 1998 and established the Aldbridge consultancy in 2003 to offer specialist corporate and accounting services to individuals and corporates, including among his clients PricewaterhouseCoopers, Group Danone, BUPA and ICSA Software International Limited. Mr Page is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
