Ms Rossana Chu is a Partner of Baker & McKenzie, and is a member of the Commercial & Securities Group of the Firm. Ms Chu is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong and England and Wales. Her practice focuses on corporate finance and initial public offerings, mergers, acquisitions and takeovers involving Hong Kong listed companies, venture capital investments with Mainland China and Hong Kong elements, as well as compliance with laws and regulations by Hong Kong listed companies.
Ms Chu graduated from University of London with a Bachelor of Laws degree, as well as from City University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accountancy and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws. She received a Master of Laws degree from The University of Hong Kong.
